Refund Policy
Hey Babe! We're sorry you weren't satisfied with your order. If you are unhappy with your purchase, Threaded Therapy will gladly exchange or return your item(s) in the form of store credit, please contact customer service at shopthreadedtherapy@gmail.com to process your return.
The Return Policy is as followed:
Items must be received back to Threaded Therapy within 5 days (2 days for pick up orders) of the delivery date. To exchange, desired items must currently be in stock or store credit will be issued. Exchanges are only provided for the same item(changing size). Customer will be responsible for all shipping fees associated with exchanges. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and have original tags attached. Items must be free of stains, makeup, deodorant, or wear. Items must be free of any fragrance or odor.
Bodysuits, swimwear, and undergarments are FINAL SALE.
All sale items and items purchased with a discount code are final sale. Consignment items are excluded from all sales and promo codes.
Returns are processed within 3-5 business days after your item(s) are received. Threaded Therapy does not provide pre-paid return labels; you will be responsible for covering the shipping costs to return.
All consignment items are AS IS AND FINAL SALE!
Damages Items:
Damaged, defective, or incorrect items must be reported within 2 days of delivery. (Note: If such items are not reported in a timely fashion, we will be unable to accept it. Please email shopthreadedtherapy@gmail.com for assistance.) Unfortunately, we do not cancel orders once they're placed. We will do everything we can to assist with switching sizes for the same items before the order is shipped. Discount codes cannot be applied to previous orders.
